Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50% cancellation charges and 50% amount would be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 75% cancellation charges and 25% amount would be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation of booking done within or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date or no show; 100% cancellation charges and no refund would be given to the customer.

Please note the shortening of stay (reducing the room nights during stay) without prior information (24 HRS before) shall attract 100% retention, No Cancellation will be allowed.
